I think therefore I am …… I think !!! Cut the crap, I am here to write so that I get loads of traffic and I feel important ……

मां, तू जब न होगी कल

बहुत समय पहले बचकानी सी यह कविता लिखी थी, पर मां पर कविता बच्चे ही तो लिखेंगे। और जब बच्चे लिखेंगे तो वह बचकानी नहीं तो और क्या होगी? यह तब लिखी गयी थी जब मैं अपनी मां से दूर किसी और शहर में था और पता नहीं क्यों यह ख़याल आया कि कल अगर मेरी मां इस दुनिया में नहीं होगी तो क्या होगा | कविता पढे़ :

फिर बादल घनेरे घिर आये
मां की मेरी याद लाये
फिर तड़पा उसके आंचल को
उसके बोलों सी ठंडक ले आये

मां, तुम बादल सी मुझको लगती हो
तपते दिल पर ठंडक सी लगती हो,
बादल के बनते कई रूपों में
मेरे बचपन की कहानीयां लगती हो।

तुम्हारी कहानीयां याद आती हैं मां,
वो बंदर, शेर, खरगोश और मछ्लीयां,
आज फिर सो जाऊं तेरी गोद में,
मां फिर से मुझे वो कहानीयां सुना

जीवन मे जब न होगी तू कल
कैसे बीतेंगे मेरे वो पल,
चल मां, मेरी ऊंगली को पकड़
कुछ दूर साथ तू चल।

    wonderful expression, ankhon ko nam kar gaee….khusnaseeb hain o log jo maan ke sath hain or jinko maan ka pyar mila hai.

    dharti ka savarg to maa hi hai
    is maa ki mamta ke aage
    bekunth dhaam, shiv lok to kya
    brahm lok bhi chota pad jaata
    pranaam karoon tujhko maata…………..seema

There was a Naughty Boy – By John Keats

There was a naughty boy,
A naughty boy was he,
He would not stop at home,
He could not quiet be-
He took
In his knapsack
A book
Full of vowels
And a shirt
With some towels,
A slight cap
For night cap,
A hair brush,
Comb ditto,
New stockings-
For old ones
Would split O!
This knapsack
Tight at 'is back
He rivetted close
And followed his nose
To the North,
To the North,
And followed his nose
To the North.

There was a naughty boy,
And a naughty boy was he,
He ran away to Scotland
The people for to see-
There he found
That the ground
Was as hard,
That a yard
Was as long,
That a song
Was as merry,
That a cherry
Was as red-
That lead
Was as weighty
That fourscore
Was as eighty,
That a door
Was as wooden
As in England-
So he stood in his shoes
And he wondered,
He wondered,
He stood in his shoes
And he wondered.
